Al Maha Real Estate was founded in 1998 to meet the needs of our clients’ growing property portfolios. Today, we offer a full property management services , taking care of properties across Dubai, giving peace of mind to the landlords.

We offer management options for single units, multiple units, entire buildings and developments in both the residential and commercial sectors. We have an occupancy rate running at an average of 90 per cent (approx) and a market reputation of putting our landlords and tenants first.

Managed units are given access to our team of leasing agents and to our Marketing Department who offer visibility on multiple forms of broadcast media and through our website. We also screen potential new tenants, collect rent, carry out maintenance and organise contract renewals, allowing landlords to enjoy the benefit of their investment rather than the hassle; while our tenants can also enjoy professionally managed, maintained properties and quality service.

Value Added Services

  • Carry out a detailed inspection of your property, identifying all visual defects and faults that need to be rectified by the developer.

  • Carry out a property inspection when lease starts/ends in order to record the condition of the unit; and handover or collect elements such as keys and access cards between tenant/landlord.

  • Liaise with the developer and Dubai Land Department to obtain your property title deeds.

  • Complete the property handover process with the developer including collection of keys, access cards and documents.

  • Arrange for notarized legal notice to be sent to tenants in accordance with the governing law.

  • Register your case with the Dubai Rental Dispute Settlement Centre in the event of non-payment by tenant, absconding tenants or other disputes requiring legal attention.
